Each site will not exceed 3x3m and is limited to one site per stall. The cost is $200 for food vendors or $150.00 for non-food vendors. All community groups and charity stalls will be $50.00. We can provide a limited number of stalls with electricity for an extra charge of $25.00.
All stalls are stand alone with no water supply. Each individual stall holder is to provide their own shade either via a gazebo or similar which is not to exceed the allotted size. All gazebos will have to be secured by sand bags or weights as there is no pegging allowed on the tarmac.
Each stall must be set up on event day by 8.30am and will not be able to pack down again before 3pm. If you are a food vendor you will need to supply your ENV on application. You will be required to provide a copy of your ENV once your stall site is confirmed.
NOTE: We work with the Waiheke Resources Trust to manage the event waste with the Zero Waste Events program. Every stall holder must use compostable or recyclable products. We have a strict Zero Waste policy; every stall holder must take away their rubbish from the event and arrange disposal. If you require a larger site then please contact us and we will see if we can come to some alternative arrangement. We will endeavor to provide you with the site of your choosing but if unavailable we will provide you with an alternative site.

There is always so much to do at the races and we rely on the generosity of our volunteers to get the job done. If you would like to take part and help on the day then we are always looking for new volunteers. We guarantee you will have a fun day and it’s a great way to be part of the community.
