There will be a limited amount of sites available and these will be on a first come first served basis. Each site will not exceed 3×3 m and limited to one site per stall.
The cost is $100. This is considered a donation and will be part of the over all fundraising total. A receipt will be given. All community groups and charity stalls will be free of charge.
All stalls are stand alone with no electricity or water supply. Each individual stall holder is to provide their own shade either via a gazebo or similar which is not to exceed the allotted size. All gazebos will have to be secured by sand bags or weights as there is no pegging allowed on the tarmac. Each stall must be set up on event day by 8.30am and will not be able to pack down again before 4pm due to the traffic management plan. If you are a food vendor you will need to supply your ENV on application or apply for a temporary food hygiene certificate. We require a photocopy of the hygiene certificate to be sent to us along with the completed form. Stall will only be confirmed once payment and correct documentation has been supplied.
We have a strict Zero Waste policy which each stall holder must comply with. Guidelines will be given out before the event from our Zero Waste Manager.
